Learn how to self-heal ailments like chronic pain, insomnia, acid reflux, and seasonal allergies using acupressure, Hatha yoga, and Tai-chi. This one-on-one movement lesson focuses on breathing, alignment, and helping the body heal from chronic pain and stress.

We will design the lesson together to fit your specific health needs and create a routine that you can build into your daily practice.

 

Qigong - Ba Duan Jin:

This is a form of medical Qigong designed to improve functions of internal organs and reduce muscle tightness and chronic pain. Simple yet powerful, you can build a 7-minute daily exercise routine for your home practice.


Tai Chi:

Tai Chi is a great exercise to practice maintaining balance in an ever-changing world. Even the simplest Tai Chi movements can decrease heart rate, regulate the nervous system, and increase sleep quality. 


Self-healing Meditation:

Thoughts and beliefs can shape our lives. We will practice meditations that bring us to a higher vibration level, ease our discomfort, and achieve a more peaceful state. 


Acupressure:

The best medicine is within your body, and the best doctor for you could be you. We will go through some of the most practical acupuncture points for self-healing, and learn how to give yourself a relaxing treatment using acupressure massage with essential oils, wherever and whenever you need it.
